Our model training centres alias UTC is a classroom-led finishing academy. Students undergo a workshop on employability enrichment courses to gain career advantage. The training programmes are spread across image and employability enhancement.
These training centres are structurally designed to cater to learners who are willing to develop their skills and advance their careers. uPhery aims to create a network of partner uPhery Training Centres (UTCs) which are accredited by the Govt. and affiliated to various Sector Skill Councils through partnership with entities who are currently operating Institutions of Higher Education / Vocational Education and who possess the required infrastructure or are willing to create and operate such UTCs in their premises.
The outlets will be company owned and operated. However, the benefits of operating a UTC in HEI will be multi-fold to Academia. In other words, an incubation centre allowing learners to choose their training pack and get themselves trained and certified.
A training facility will have flexible and technologically advanced learning environment that are safe, healthy, comfortable, aesthetically pleasing, and accessible. It shall accommodate the specific space and equipment needs of the training program and curriculum.
