The assessments for Skill India initiatives are conducted by the empanelled Assessment Agencies (AAs), identified by respective Sector Skill Council or National Board for Skill Certification (NBSC).
uPhery is registered under the Skill India Mission – SIDH with a valid training partner registration number. Further, allowing uPhery to approach the Sector Skill Councils of India and partner with the empanelled Assessment Agencies (AA) to drive the skill assessment programs on their behalf.
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is one such initiative under the PMKVY scheme, where assessments are administered for existing employees in the industries and help them to get certified. uPhery in collaboration with AssessHub has promoted RPL initiatives in the IT-ITES sector in large scale.
uPhery is committed towards sustaining the essence of assessments especially in other Govt. led schemes such as the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) and National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS).
